Brown & Brown is seeking a Contract Surety Underwriter Associate to join our team in Pipersville, PA. The role supports producers and underwriters through the bond placement process, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with carrier requirements.

You will generate reports, manage accounts, and communicate with clients and sureties.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, financial services, administration, or a related office environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and underwriting support to producers and underwriters.

• Prepare bond applications, indemnity agreements, and supporting documents.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Underwriting Assistant to support our Contract Surety team. This role assists producers and underwriters throughout the bond placement process, ensuring submissions are processed accurately, clients receive exceptional service, and carrier requirements are met.

How You Will Contribute:
