Overview

Contract Support Specialist (Admin) at UNCOMN.

Base pay range

$53,000.00/yr - $66,500.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate closely with corporate teams to support the onboarding and offboarding of contract personnel, including access provisioning (CACs, NIPR/SIPR, badges, software licenses, etc.) and the distribution, tracking, and collection of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE).
  • Serve as a liaison with government Points of Contact (POCs) to establish and maintain system and facility access, including SCI/SCIF entry when required.
  • Track and maintain personnel training, certifications, and education records to support ongoing DoD 8140 and CMMI compliance, submitting monthly updates for contract performance reporting.
  • Maintain accurate task order rosters and coordinate team member transfers with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and HR/Team Member Services.
  • Prepare and manage Visit Access Requests (VARs) and ensure all documentation remains organized and audit-ready.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes and assist in the preparation of Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and other required deliverables.
  • Support day-to-day contract and office operations through supplies purchasing, logistics coordination, and event setup for meetings or team activities.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support successful contract execution.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of related professional experience.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the U.S. Government, which requires U.S. citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual\'s eligibility.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong time management, problem-solving, and follow-through skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and proactive approach to collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (preferred).
Preferred
  • Prior experience supporting DoD contracts with a solid understanding of DoD onboarding and offboarding requirements.
  • Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards such as DoD 8140 and CMMI.
  • Associate's degree (or higher) in Business Administration or similar course of study.
