Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Typically requires 2-4 years of work experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support, including shipment tracking and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers for inventory reports and data review.
• Prepare Vertex inventory summaries as required.
• Assist with material creation, movement, and use in Vertex's material management software system.
• Confirm completion and tracking of supply chain documentation.
• Assist with development of production and inventory plans.
• Maintain relationships with third-party suppliers.
• Handle accountability and destruction of rejected or unusable materials.
• Support tracking of supply chain activities and contracts.
• Support the maintenance of the Supply Chain Map program.
• Collaborate with Quality, Tech Ops, Regulatory and suppliers to resolve blockers.
