Amity Foundation is seeking a Supervising Counselor to support program leadership, supervise AOD staff, and assist in CBI components. This role emphasizes coaching, monitoring and coordination across teams to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, credential maintenance, and internship hour verification, while collaborating with CDCR and related partners to ensure program success and participant safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience as a certified AOD Counselor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise six AOD Counseling/Peer Navigator staff and coach them.
• Track staff and participant progress, ensuring program goals.
• Monitor internship hours and ARMS documentation for compliance.
• Provide training to AOD staff and OMCP Mentors.
• Coordinate OMCP Mentors and support certification processes.
