Job summary

A+E Global Media seeks a Producer, Streaming Monetization to own day-to-day publishing and performance for TVE and DTC sites and apps. You will optimize engagement, content discoverability, and KPIs, partnering with multiple teams to align execution with business priorities.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and may involve mentoring junior Producers. Hybrid collaboration across brands and products is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in streaming media or digital media.
• Experience supporting AVOD, TVE, FAST, DTC SVOD or streaming video products.
• Demonstrated ability to plan video content schedules and curate playlists.
• Familiarity with a variety of streaming media platforms and how they promote content.
• Experience with project management/organization systems like Airtable, Jira, etc.
• Proficient with at least one CMS (WordPress, Contentful, Drupal, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather assets and use CMS to launch, maintain, schedule and optimize O&O TVE apps and brand websites.
• Conduct post-publish checks to ensure content displays correctly across apps and sites.
• Run recurring audits and coordinate issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements.
• Develop expertise on assigned products to inform programming decisions.
