Job summary

A+E Global Media is seeking a Producer, Streaming Monetization to own the day-to-day publishing and performance for assigned TVE and DTC SVOD sites and apps, including audience engagement, content discoverability, viewing performance and KPIs.

This role requires coordinating with Scheduling, Marketing and Product teams, overseeing junior producers, and driving improvements through data-driven optimization and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in streaming media or digital media.
• Experience supporting AVOD, TVE, FAST, DTC SVOD or streaming video products.
• Ability to plan video content schedules and curate playlists based on consumption patterns.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and content promotion.
• Experience with project management tools like Airtable and Jira.
• Proficiency with at least one CMS (WordPress, Contentful, Drupal).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Content Production: Launch and optimize O&O TVE and DTC SVOD apps and brand websites; perform post-publish checks; coordinate issue resolution.
• Content Strategy: Inform programming decisions and optimization plans; coordinate publishing schedules; run A/B tests and synthesize insights.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Improve product features and marketing tactics; mentor junior staff; support promotional initiatives.
• Revenue and Sales Support: Help develop sponsorship packages; QA sponsored experiences pre-launch.
• Content Creation: Develop ancillary content to support Programming and Marketing.
