Job summary

RediRecruit, LLC seeks an On-Site Supervisor to support SBA, Office of Capital Access, and OCRM duties in Washington, DC. The role is a full-time contract with a 12-month duration and potential extensions.

Pay is $45–$65/hour for an on-site, 8-hr/day schedule within ET service hours. Anticipated start is October 6, 2026, with Monday–Friday work week and 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience managing contracts of similar scope across multiple locations.
• Experience planning and executing transitions involving at least 3 contractor employees.
• Ability to supervise personnel and manage timekeeping, training, personnel documentation, and administrative matters.
• Familiarity with personnel suitability and security-processing requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination in a Government environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site contractor personnel and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Review and certify security packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related information.
• Support employee performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations as needed.
• Coordinate required training and maintain personnel records.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Government Contracting Officer on site matters.
• Support staff transitions and service continuity while performing other labor category duties.

On-Site Supervisor (Federal Contract Support)

Location: Washington, DC 20416 (On-site)

Pay: $45–$65/hour

Job Type: Full-time contract | 1 opening

Anticipated Start: October 6, 2026

Duration: 12 months, with potential annual extensions subject to Government option periods and Task Order authorization.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, within the 6:30 AM–6:00 PM ET service window.

We are seeking an On-Site Supervisor to support contractor personnel serving the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Capital Access (OCA), Office of Credit Risk Management (OCRM).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site contractor personnel and resolve day-to-day personnel and administrative issues.
• Support personnel suitability and security requirements, including reviewing and certifying security packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor timekeeping, attendance, leave, and payroll-related information; address wage and benefit questions or disputes.
• Support employee performance, disciplinary, and termination actions as necessary.
• Coordinate required training and maintain personnel and training records.
• Coordinate with the Contractor’s Project Manager and Government Contracting Officer/Contracting Officer’s Representative on site-related matters.
• Support staff transitions and service continuity while performing the duties of the other assigned labor category.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience managing contracts of similar scope and complexity across multiple locations.
• Experience successfully planning and executing transitions involving at least 3 contractor employees.
• Ability to supervise personnel and manage timekeeping, training, personnel documentation, and administrative matters.
• Familiarity with personnel suitability and security-processing requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a professional Government environment.

Preferred

Knowledge of SBA loan programs, risk-management activities, and related policies and procedures.
