Job summary

GForce Life Sciences seeks a Consultant, Clinical Contracts Associate to support Medical Devices trials. You will draft and negotiate amendments, manage site communications, and ensure timely contract execution and filing in the trial master file.

The role requires 2–3 years in contracts/budgeting, familiarity with regulatory guidelines (GCP/ICH/GLP), and a degree in business admin or related field. 12-month contract with onsite work four days a week and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in contracts and budgeting.
• Negotiations/Skills in redlining documents and analytical experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with grant and contract requirements and policies.
• Knowledge and understanding of GCP, ICH, GLP and other regulations governing clinical contracts.

• Supporting Contracts Manager & Associates on assigned tasks.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in contracts and budgeting


• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent.

• Knowledge and understanding of GCP, ICH, GLP and other federal, state, industry rules and regulations governing technical aspects of clinical grants and contracts

Term & Start

• 12 month contract, potential to extend


• Prefer to be based out of Greater Los Angeles, CA, Hennepin County, MN or Greater Dallas, TX


• 4 days onsite with flexibility
