Job summary

GForce Life Sciences in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Consultant, Clinical Contracts Associate, Medical Devices to support contract lifecycle for clinical grants and budgets. You will create and negotiate amendments, manage site communications, and keep trial master file documentation.

This 12-month contract offers 4 days onsite, with potential to extend, and requires 2–3 years of related contracts experience, plus degrees in business or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in contracts and budgeting.
• Negotiation/skills in redlining documents and analytical experience.
• Familiarity with grant and contract requirements and policies.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH, GLP and Federal/state/industry rules governing clinical grants.

Responsibilities

• Create and negotiate amendments.
• Send initial contract/budget emails to sites within timelines.
• Periodically follow up with sites.
• Submit finalized contracts for signatures.
• Scan fully executed contracts and revised Investigator agreements.
• Upload documents to the electronic trial master file and maintain notes.
• Attend calls and provide regular status updates.
• File hard copy contracts.
• Prepare NTA agreement templates and send to sites.
• Support Contracts Manager & Associates as required.

Job Duties

· Sending initial contract/budget email to invited sites within specified timelines

· Periodic follow up with sites

· Submitting finalized contracts for signatures

· Scanning of fully executed contracts and revised Investigator agreements

· Uploading of documents to electronic trial master file system and maintaining status notes

· Attending calls and providing regular status updates as required

· Filing of hard copy contracts

· Preparing NTA agreement templates and sending out to sites

· Supporting Contracts Manager & Associates as required on assigned tasks

Mandatory Requirements

· Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in contracts and budgeting

· Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent.

· Negotiations/Skills in redlining documents and analytical experience or equivalent.

· Familiarity with grant and contract requirements and policies

· Knowledge and understanding of GCP, ICH, GLP and other federal, state, industry rules and regulations governing technical aspects of clinical grants and contracts

Term & Start

· 12 month contract, potential to extend

· Prefer to be based out of Greater Los Angeles, CA, Hennepin County, MN or Greater Dallas, TX

· 4 days onsite with flexibility
