Job summary

GForce Life Sciences is seeking a Consultant, Clinical Contracts Associate for Medical Devices. This 12-month contract role involves creating/amending contracts, budgeting, and coordinating with sites to ensure timely signatures and execution.

You will manage document uploads, status notes, and regular status updates with the Contracts team. Preferred candidates have 2–3 years in contracts/budgeting, with a BA/AS in business or related fields, and knowledge of GCP/ICH/GLP regulations applicable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in contracts and budgeting.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent.
• Negotiations/Skills in redlining documents and analytical experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with grant and contract requirements and policies.
• Knowledge and understanding of GCP, ICH, GLP and other federal, state, industry rules and regulations governing technical aspects of clinical grants and contracts

Responsibilities

Job Duties

· Creating and negotiating Amendments

· Sending initial contract/budget email to invited sites within specified timelines

· Periodic follow up with sites

· Submitting finalized contracts for signatures

· Scanning of fully executed contracts and revised Investigator agreements

· Uploading of documents to electronic trial master file system and maintaining status notes

· Attending calls and providing regular status updates as required

· Filing of hard copy contracts

· Preparing NTA agreement templates and sending out to sites

· Supporting Contracts Manager & Associates as required on assigned tasks

Mandatory Requirements

· Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in contracts and budgeting

· Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent.

· Negotiations/Skills in redlining documents and analytical experience or equivalent.

· Familiarity with grant and contract requirements and policies

· Knowledge and understanding of GCP, ICH, GLP and other federal, state, industry rules and regulations governing technical aspects of clinical grants and contracts

Term & Start

· 12 month contract, potential to extend

· Prefer to be based out of Greater Los Angeles, CA, Hennepin County, MN or Greater Dallas, TX

· 4 days onsite with flexibility
