Job summary

GForce Life Sciences seeks a Consultant, Clinical Contracts Associate to support medical devices contracts. Responsibilities include creating/amending contracts, budgeting, and sending initial communications to sites.

4 days onsite with some flexibility, based in Greater Dallas, TX, with benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in contracts, budgeting, and redlining, plus a degree in business or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in contracts and budgeting.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent.
• Negotiations/Skills in redlining documents and analytical experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with grant and contract requirements and policies.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH, GLP and other federal, state, industry rules and regulations governing technical aspects of clinical grants and contracts

Responsibilities

• Creating and negotiating amendments.

• Scanning of fully executed contracts and revised Investigator agreements.

• Preparing NTA agreement templates and sending out to sites.
• Supporting Contracts Manager & Associates as required on assigned tasks
