Chamberlain University in Lisle, Illinois seeks a Contracts & Training Specialist to ensure all clinical affiliations are executed per SOPs and partner requirements, and to document rotation data in the LMS and campus binders.
Key duties include managing affiliation contracts end-to-end, communicating with stakeholders, auditing contracts for compliance, and serving as SFDC system administrator to train users and support reporting.

Opportunity at a Glance: The primary purpose of this position is to ensure all clinical affiliations are executed according to documented SOPs and facility requirements, including documenting clinical rotation information in the Clinical Learning Management System and campus binders to ensure compliance with clinical partners and accreditation bodies and aid in the student clinical learning process.
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $42,661.58 and $75,065.24. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
