• Hiring Agency: United States Space Force

To provide business advice to the customer and perform pre-award and post-award functions for a wide variety of complex and/or specialized acquisitions, using a wide range of contracting methods and types using a wide range of contracting methods and types to procure complex or specialized services, commodities, and/or construction for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Completes work based on organization priorities and consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments such that the experience, training, and abilities of staff are effectively utilized to meet organization and customer needs. Serves as a business advisor providing advice and guidance, ensuring all business aspects of the acquisition are considered, including risk and incentivization.

Plans, develops and establishes the acquisition strategy for the overall program, functions as a negotiator throughout the process. Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Provides customer guidance and training.
