Job summary

Magnit Direct Sourcing, on behalf of Lexus USA, seeks a Social Media Operations Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Texas. The role supports the Senior Social Media Strategist by handling production logistics, legal reviews, and administrative tasks for organic and paid campaigns.

Responsibilities include coordinating shoots, routing creative through legal and product reviews, managing assets and editorial calendars, and collaborating with agencies to meet timelines and compliance

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in agency or corporate social media coordination, project management, or ad production.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience dealing with strict corporate legal guidelines, asset compliance, or musical/talent rights management.
• Experience in social media management platforms, e.g. Sprinklr.

Responsibilities

• Shoot & Event Coordination: Manage operational logistics for social content shoots and experiential activations (e.g., tracking production timelines, organizing crew schedules, managing talent/creator contracts, and handling on-site coordination as needed).
• Legal & Compliance Routing: Own the end-to-end internal review process. Route all social creative, captions, and influencer assets through Lexus legal, product specialists, and agency compliance partners to secure final sign-offs before publication.
• Asset Management: Organize incoming raw assets and finalized creative deliveries from agencies and creators; ensure all usage rights and talent expirations are meticulously tracked.
• Admin & Scheduling: Maintain the master organic editorial calendar and assist the Senior Strategist with scheduling, asset hand-offs for paid media deployment, and managing agency build timelines.
