Achieva Early Intervention seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist contractor to provide services to birth-to-three children in family homes and community settings. The role partners with families under IFSP plans and emphasizes the Family-Guided Routines-Based coaching model.

Contractors set their own schedules and caseloads, remain compliant with licensing and HIPAA, and support outcomes for children and families across PA with in-home visits.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current PA license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• One year of experience with birth-to-three early intervention aged children and families preferred.
• Must meet Act 33 and 34 and FBI requirements.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
• Properly insured vehicle available for daily use.

Mansioni

• Partner with parents and caregivers using Family-G Guided Routines-Based Intervention coaching model.
• Embed strategies into daily family routines and provide SLP services.
• Comply with licensing, certifications, HIPAA and early intervention regulations.
• Execute IFSPs to support child and family outcomes.
• Communicate with the IFSP team and Achieva Early Intervention team.
• Ensure timely documentation and required state/county/federal paperwork.
• Provide itinerant, home-based, or community-based services in assigned territories.
• Maintain licensure CE requirements and documentation.
