Job summary

TEIS Early Intervention Provider seeks a licensed speech-language pathologist to conduct home-based services for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3). You will develop and document individualized treatment plans, coordinating with families to integrate therapy into everyday routines.

Ideal candidates hold ASHA CCC and a PA state license, with clearances (Act 33/34, FBI), possess a PA driver’s license, and prefer pediatric work. In-home visits and ESOP benefits are included.

Qualifications

• ASHA CCC credential is required.
• PA State License is required.
• Clearances: Child Abuse (Act 33), Criminal History (Act 34), FBI Fingerprinting, Mandated Reporter Training (Act 31).
• Current PA driver’s license, insurance and personal vehicle.
• Desire to work in pediatrics with children ages 0 to 3.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on individual needs and TEIS procedures.
• Incorporate family-friendly therapy into children’s daily routines.
• Provide local in-home Early Intervention services.
