Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Arizona for a contract role focused on supervision, evaluation, and IEP compliance across two campuses. You will supervise two full-time SLPAs who handle most direct services and you will not provide hands-on therapy daily.

The ideal candidate has CCC and school experience; CFY candidates are welcome. The role emphasizes indirect services, documentation supervision, and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
• Experience in school settings is highly valued; open to CFY.
• Ability to manage a larger caseload (~120 students) with attention to detail.
• Friendly, collaborative approach to supervising assistants and working in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support two SLPAs delivering direct speech and language interventions.
• Lead case management activities and maintain comprehensive caseload documentation.
• Conduct student evaluations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee IEP meetings and develop student-centered plans.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with families and staff.
• Ensure compliance with all special education regulations.
