Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Contract Senior Staff Product Manager to define, deliver, and drive adoption of new features and ecosystem integrations for our pentest management platform.

You will partner with Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to capture customer voice, set product strategy, and lead go-to-market readiness across cross-functional teams during a multi-month, hourly contract starting in October and ending in February.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in fast-growing software companies.
• Experience with cybersecurity tooling (vulnerability management or offensive security).
• Strong customer and stakeholder empathy with ability to synthesize multiple viewpoints.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver new product features and ecosystem integrations.
• Lead discovery, roadmap prioritization and go-to-market execution.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to voice customer needs.
• Lead strategic direction and cross-functional alignment across engineering and stakeholders.
• Measure success with clearly defined metrics from inception.
