Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Contract Senior Staff Product Manager to drive definition, delivery, and adoption of new features and integrations. You will lead from discovery to roadmap prioritization and go-to-market execution, ensuring the platform evolves to meet security workflow challenges.

This full-time contractor role provides hourly coverage from October through February, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer insights into the development process.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Product Management and 3+ years experience in cybersecurity tools.
• Strong technical skills to debug and improve integrations.
• Strong customer and stakeholder empathy across marketing, finance, engineering, sales and customer success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agile software development and global teams.
• Hands-on experience with core cybersecurity tooling (e.g., DAST/SAST scanners, vulnerability management systems, or pentest workflow platforms).

Responsibilities

• Represent customers and bring their voice into development with cross-functional teams.
