Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years conducting comprehensive software testing activities, including planning, design, execution, defect documentation, and process analysis.
• Minimum 5 years creating, refining, and managing test cases and acceptance criteria within Agile projects.
• Minimum 2 years communicating testing impacts with senior management and aligning on quality strategy.
• Minimum 2 years testing IT solutions designed for public use, including accessibility, performance, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
• Validate system changes and enhancements to support agency goals and compliance with DTMB standards.
• Participate in project meetings, provide input on requirements from a testing perspective, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Serves as a core member of the DTMB Agency Services QA/BA team, contributing to QoL support and operational activities.
