Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies in Colorado Springs is seeking a Semiconductor Assembler to build assemblies per work instructions and drawings. You will set up equipment, maintain inventory, perform quality checks, and ensure safety and documentation standards are met.

Responsibilities include testing finished products for defects and guiding junior staff. Experience with NASA/IPC/J-Std standards is preferred, and a strong focus on quality is essential for this mission-critical role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in manufacturing.
• Hand soldering and mechanical assembly experience required.
• Experience with IPC/J-Std/NASA standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build assemblies using work instructions, orders and drawings.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product meets standards.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and equipment.
• Adhere to quality and safety guidelines.
• Document product and process quality levels as required.
• Set up equipment for production orders and perform minor maintenance.
• Test finished products for defects.
• Guide lower-level associates on tasks and skills.
