Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a Physical Security Operations Analyst for a 12+ month contract at 2 Broadway, New York, NY. The role is paid at $25/hour on W-2 and requires strong project coordination, security systems knowledge, and excellent documentation practices.

The analyst will support operations, monitor security systems, generate technical reports, and coordinate tasks across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience in operations analysis, security systems support, technical project coordination, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management and coordination tasks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and familiarity with project management tools.
• Working knowledge of physical security technologies, remote monitoring systems, or video surveillance solutions.
• Strong business writing skills, including preparation of professional reports, technical summaries, and project documentation.
• Excellent documentation abilities, including process flows, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting records.
• Ability to interpret operational metrics, system logs, incident information, and performance data.
• Experience supporting project tracking, milestone reporting, and task coordination.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Strong verbal communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Education/experience: At least three years of formal education beyond high school or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
