Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Current license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP as required by state regulations.
• CCC-SLP preferred, CFY considered.
• Previous experience in a school environment is valued.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
• Solid organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and informal assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing assessment data and recommendations.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom.
