Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Contract Speech-Language Pathologist to support middle and high school students near Madison Heights, MI, focusing on developing communication skills and collaborating with staff and families.

You will work at a single school site with a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule, and participate in IEP meetings. Start ASAP through June 7, 2027, with competitive weekly pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan SLP license.
• Michigan Teaching Certificate with SB endorsement (Speech & Language Impairment).
• ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• Previous experience in K-12 or with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve middle school to age 26 student population.
• Manage a caseload in one school for the academic year.
• Provide therapy and document student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Position starts ASAP and continues through June 7, 2027.
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays approximately 8:00am-3:15pm.
