Job summary
Soliant Health seeks a Certified School Nurse for a contract role supporting an Independent Educational Evaluation in Glendale Heights, IL. You will partner with an Audiologist to complete the IEE prior to the September deadline, performing health assessments and documenting findings for education-related decisions.
The ideal candidate holds an IL RN license, a PEL with School Nurse endorsement, and strong documentation and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois (IL)
- PEL with School Nurse endorsement required
- Experience with school nursing or pediatric populations is a plus
- Excellent assessment, documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
Responsibilities
- Conduct a thorough health evaluation as part of an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) with an Audiologist
- Review student health records and educational documents
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments per state/district guidelines
- Compile findings and document results to support the evaluation process
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
