Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based, contracted position near Zionsville, IN for the 26/27 school year. You will support students from preschool through high school across multiple sites, collaborating with a team of educators to impact student communication skills.

The role features a high caseload with diverse placements, requiring strong assessment, IEP development, and progress monitoring, plus travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure and CCC-SLP required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Willingness to travel between multiple school locations.
• Experience with assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a broad range of speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with multidisciplinary teams.
• Effectively manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality of service.
• Maintain consistent and accurate documentation to monitor student progress.
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff to foster student success.
• Adapt strategies and supports for both public and non-public placements.
