Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a school-based contract to support student communication skills, confidence, and educational outcomes. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals, provide direct intervention, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCC required.
• Prior experience providing speech and language services in educational settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and therapy planning abilities.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech and language intervention to support academic and social success.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding therapy progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility reviews, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
• Adapt therapy techniques and materials to accommodate diverse learners.
