Job summary

Randstad USA in Norwood, MA is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Contractor to lead SAP IBP planning activities, align demand, supply and manufacturing schedules, and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Clinical and Product Supply Chain teams to translate demand signals into executable plans, manage master data in SAP IBP and SAP ERP, and provide analytics for plan health and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience.
Deep, hands-on experience with SAP IBP and SAP planning/master data processes.
Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, life sciences, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Supply Planning & Execution: Support planning in SAP IBP, including demand/supply reviews, scenario analysis, and exception management.
Partner with Operations to plan, schedule, and execute production, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery.
Identify supply risks, capacity gaps, and inventory constraints; escalate with options and recommendations.
Maintain planning master data (materials, locations, parameters, lead times) in SAP and SAP IBP.
Build and track planning metrics, dashboards, and analytical views for plan health and data quality.
