Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in demand planning, strong SAP experience (IBP/APO/ECC/S4HANA), advanced Excel skills, and a proven ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–7 years of demand planning experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Hands-on experience with SAP demand planning tools (IBP, APO DP, ECC or S/4HANA).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience in S&OP or integrated planning environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across multiple product lines.
• Execute demand planning processes within the ERP to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing and Distribution to build a consensus demand plan.
• Lead S&OP initiatives including reviews, forecast alignment and executive presentations.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and KPI performance; propose corrective actions.
