Job Title: Contract Sales Representative (Apparel Manufacturing – Commission-Based)

Location: Remote (High level of English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking required)

Employment Type: Contract (with opportunity for permanent placement after 4 months)

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped earnings potential + conversion to base payment and commission after 4 months)

About the Opportunity: This is a contract-to-hire position. Sales Representatives start on a 100% commission basis with uncapped earning potential. High performers may transition to a salaried + commission role with long-term growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative, you will:

1. Identify and engage potential clothing brands, shops, and designers through cold outreach (calling, email, social media).
2. Present our manufacturing capabilities, pricing, and value proposition compellingly.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships via a consultative sales approach.
4. Manage your sales pipeline and activity in our CRM.
5. Collaborate with our internal production team to ensure smooth client handoff and satisfaction.
6. Attend scheduled meetings and workshops; participate in monthly book readings as part of company culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate, able to commit 10 hours/week and track hours.
• Willing to learn about the needs and challenges of clothing brands, especially in sourcing and production.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles (B2C, retail, door-to-door, tech, etc.).
• Self-motivated, resilient, organized, and a long-term growth mindset.
