Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to provide dedicated recruiting support across the organization, with an immediate focus on sales and revenue-related hiring. The contractor will proactively source, engage, assess, and close high-performing candidates, partnering with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders.

The role requires independent work, ability to manage multiple searches, and adaptability as hiring needs evolve in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting sales and revenue talent.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience across multiple levels from individual contributors to leadership.
• Assess sales talent beyond resume: performance, metrics, quota attainment, leadership, career progression.
• Willingness to recruit non-sales roles as needed.
• Sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Independently manage searches from intake to offer.
• Adapt to fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong communication with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Experience in education or high-volume sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions with focus on sales and revenue roles.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Build targeted pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Screen candidates for experience, performance history, motivation, and fit.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define profile, competencies, and performance expectations.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Present qualified candidate slates beyond inbound applicants.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and strong candidate experience.
• Provide updates on pipeline activity, market feedback, and recruiting challenges.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in ATS.
• Support offer discussions and candidate closing.
• Shift focus as hiring needs evolve.
