TW Metals, LLC is seeking a Contract Sales/OPS Admin professional in Orlando. The role combines sales support and operations administration to ensure high customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and accurate order processing.

The successful candidate will monitor customer portals, communicate with sales teams and customers, manage mill orders, and assist with logistics and certifications, while contributing to a collaborative, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contract Sales by monitoring customer portals and aligning material supply with demand dates.
• Communicate effectively with sales staff, mill service representatives and customers.
• Assist sales by monitoring open mill orders and outside processing.
• Support OPS Admin with logistics, certifications, quality and related tasks.
