Job summary

Delta Homecare in Georgia is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide in-home care and skilled nursing visits. You will work with patients in homes, communities, and residential settings, delivering compassionate, personalized nursing services.

The role includes supervisory visits, coordinated care with caregivers, admissions, care plans, medication reconciliation, and supporting patients' activities. A valid GA nursing license, CPR/First Aid, and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
• At least two years of general nursing experience, with home health, medical, surgical, or critical care experience.
• Maintains good physical stamina and mental health.
• Pre-employment physician's health clearance including TB test, First Aid & CPR.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle.
• Excellent references from previous/current employers or professional peers.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care and compassionate patient support.
• Supervisory visits with caregivers and liaison between office and homecare teams.
• Perform home assessments, admissions, and create care plans.
• Medication reconciliation and coordinating diagnostic procedures as permitted.
• Assist patients with organizing activities and routines.
