Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Georgia.
• Minimum 2 years general nursing experience including home care, medical, surgical, or critical care.
• Adheres to professional standards and maintains good health.
• Pre-employment clearance including TB test, First Aid & CPR as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home compassionate nursing care and skilled visits.
• Supervise caregivers by phone or in-home visits when needed; act as liaison between office and caregivers.
• Handle admissions, consents, and patient rights; perform home assessments and develop care plans.
• Complete nursing assessments and insurance assessments as needed.
