Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, and Operating Room to provide nursing care, case management, and hospice services. Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of two years experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care.
• Proficient clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care including patient assessments and medication administration.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Manage case coordination and hospice care services.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
