Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state license and ability to follow DHS policies.
• Experience writing nursing assessments and medical plans.
• Ability to train and coach care staff and coordinate with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop medical plans and nursing assessments to support individuals.
• Establish nurse-patient relationships and track nursing hours.
• Provide supervision of nursing supports and staff training.
• Prepare monthly medication logs and ensure documentation.
• Travel to local programs as needed and ensure regulatory compliance.
