Job summary

• Ability to interpret and implement policies and medical orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop medical plans and nursing assessments.
• Establish a nurse-patient rapport and track nursing hours.
• Prepare monthly medication logs.
• Provide nursing support and supervise staff.
• Conduct trainings and ensure protocol compliance.
• Travel up to 15 hours per month as needed.
• Communicate with families, guardians, and supporters.
