Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent nursing experience.
• 1 year of nursing experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and health care procedures ordered by a physician and required by nursing standards or regulations.
• Ensure individuals attend medical appointments as outlined in ISP.
• Conduct nursing assessments and follow-up visits as needed.
• Monitor health and medical conditions and refer for services as appropriate.
• Administer medications and manage medications as needed.
• Provide health teaching and support for self-care and safety.
