Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Support subcontractor prequalification by following up to obtain missing information and documentation.
• Track outstanding items and ensure timely completion of records.
• Update and maintain the prequalification data spreadsheet.
• Organize, save, and maintain subcontractor documents in electronic folders.
• Provide admin support to the Risk Management team, focused on prequalification and documentation.
• Assist with periodic hard-copy filing when in office.
