Job summary

Crosswalk Health is seeking Respiratory Therapists (CRT/RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT/RPFT) to perform simple spirometry testing at primary care clinics in the Daytona Beach area.

This contract (1099) role offers weekday opportunities, competitive daily pay, and clinical independence within a growing healthcare startup.

You will visit local clinics, educate patients, monitor during testing, and upload results for pulmonologist review, while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential.
• Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration.
• Comfortable commuting to clinics throughout a region.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing.
• Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results.
• Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients throughout testing.
• Grade and upload completed testing for pulmonologist review.
• Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety standards.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and clinic teams while representing Crosswalk.
