Job summary

Crosswalk Health, Inc. is seeking Respiratory Therapists (CRT/RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT/RPFT) to perform spirometry testing in Richmond and Norfolk clinics.

This contract role offers weekday daytime schedules with no nights or weekends and competitive daily pay. You will work independently within a collaborative team, visit local primary care clinics, educate patients, administer albuterol when indicated, and upload results for pulmonologists.

Qualifications

• Credentialed respiratory therapist or pulmonary function technologist with bedside spirometry experience.
• Ability to educate patients and ensure high-quality results.
• Experience with albuterol administration and safety monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing at primary care clinics.
• Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate results.
• Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients.
• Grade and upload testing for pulmonologist review.
• Maintain testing equipment and uphold quality standards.
• Build relationships with patients and clinic teams professionally.
