WSi Healthcare Personnel, Inc. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term night-shift contract at a skilled nursing facility in Monte Vista, Colorado.

The RN will work independently overnight in a long-term care setting, providing hands-on care and coordinating nursing duties. This contract offers a 6–8 week assignment with possible extension and a competitive hourly rate. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• RN with active license to practice in Colorado.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents.
• Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Document assessments, medications, treatments, and progress notes in the EHR.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to providers and staff.
• Perform charge nurse responsibilities as needed.
• Prioritize assignments and delegate to nursing staff and CNAs.
• Support infection prevention and facility safety practices.
