Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks an experienced RN for a night-shift travel opportunity in an ICU/Intermediate Care setting in La Junta, Colorado. This contract role offers the ability to care for higher-acuity patients and work a 36-hour week on a night schedule.

Responsibilities include caring for ICU/Intermediate Care patients, ventilated patient management, telemetry monitoring, insulin drips, and collaboration with the care team for safe patient outcomes. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in ICU/Intermediate Care or Stepdown.
• Comfort caring for high-acuity patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for ICU and Intermediate Care patients.
• Manage and monitor ventilated patients.
• Perform telemetry monitoring and recognize cardiac rhythm changes.
• Manage insulin drips and other higher-acuity patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team.
• Provide safe, organized patient care throughout the shift.

Pay: Up to $2,124/week for 36 hours
