The role entails end-to-end interview coordination, candidate logistics support, and leveraging scheduling automation tools and reporting to manage workload and improve recruiting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-volume recruiting activity.
• Hands-on experience with Phenom or a similar CRM/ATS; Calendly or similar automated scheduling tools is required.
• Strong ability to work with data, build basic reporting, and explain recruiting volume trends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the interview process across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate and confirm interviews; distribute schedules and resumes to the team.
• Use automation tools to streamline coordination and improve candidate experience.
• Provide day-of-interview candidate care and travel logistics when applicable.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Manage ATS data to keep records accurate and up to date.
• Track metrics to explain workload trends and identify optimization opportunities.
