Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Ashville, OH to coordinate interview scheduling, assist candidates with travel, and support the recruiting team. This role requires in-person work at Anduril's Ashville offices 4–5 days per week.

You will manage schedules in Greenhouse and ModernLoop, communicate with candidates via phone, email, and text, and help improve processes to deliver a superior candidate experience at Anduril.

Qualifications

• Experience as Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting at a fast-paced, growing company.
• Strong verbal and written communication with focus on customer service and relationships.
• Relentless attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and work independently with limited guidance.
• Willing to work in-person at Anduril's Ashville office 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics related to interview scheduling from receipt of scheduling request to conclusion of interview process.
• Assist prospective candidates with travel and hotel accommodations through Egencia.
• Update candidate records and manage interview coordination requests in Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop (scheduling tool).
• Navigate interviewers' complex and dynamic schedules.
• Correspond with candidates via phone, text, and email.
• Find opportunities for interview process and system improvement, including bottlenecks and efficiency gains.
• Greet candidates with poise and confidence, facilitate onsite interview process, ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Recruiting Coordination team).
