Job summary

Workstream is seeking a recruiting professional for a high-volume contractor role focused on expanding the Video Contributor program in Menlo Park. This is a 3-month independent contractor engagement with potential extension, requiring 4–5 days onsite weekly.

You will source, screen, and coordinate offers, collaborating with Recruiting, Operations, Project Managers, and People Ops to scale hiring for a critical initiative and other U.S. roles as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume or contractor/hours hiring.
• Experience scaling recruiting efforts in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social platforms, and creative channels.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail managing high-volume pipelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to collaborate across multiple teams and work independently.
• Availability to spend 4–5 days per week in the Menlo Park office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-volume Video Contributor contractor hiring, starting in Menlo Park.
• Develop and execute scalable sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Identify creative sourcing channels to attract contractor talent.
• Manage candidate pipelines from sourcing to onboarding support.
• Partner with Recruiting, Operations, Project Managers, and People Ops to support hiring goals.
• Monitor funnel performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions.
• Coordinate logistics across stakeholders and hiring initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics, velocity, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Build scalable processes to support future growth and surges.
• Assist with sourcing for other U.S. roles as needed.
