In this role, you will serve as a dedicated recruiting resource responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, provide market insight, and build strong candidate pipelines to support the client's evolving workforce needs.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, prioritize requisitions, and drive efficient hiring processes

• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and execution

This is an on-site contract position in the Uptown area of Dallas, Texas, ideal for a recruiter who enjoys hands-on recruiting, stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable results.

Your Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience managing full-cycle searches from requisition intake through accepted offer
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders
• Experience prioritizing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated sourcing expertise using direct outreach, referrals, social platforms, job boards, talent communities, and networking strategies
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, responsive approach
• Ability to quickly learn a client's business, culture, and talent requirements
• Comfortable working on-site in Dallas and collaborating directly with client stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions including finance, HR, legal, marketing, technology, operations, procurement, or administration
• Experience in RPO, staffing, agency recruiting, embedded recruiting, or corporate talent acquisition environments
• Experience leveraging ATS, CRM, and recruiting analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
