CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team and influence talent across the organization. You will build relationships with managers, guide candidates through our recruiting process, and act as a trusted advisor on market trends and hiring strategies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of recruiting experience, familiarity with Workday (Paradox a plus), and a data-driven mindset. This is a contract role supporting energy-sector growth and workforce excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Experience with talent advisement and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to guide candidates through complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Energetically cultivate relationships with managers at various levels to source exceptional candidates.
• Flawlessly execute and continuously improve the recruitment process across teams.
• Resourcefully advise managers on market trends and hiring strategies at scale.
• Identify strongest candidates and shepherd their hiring experience with passion.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand in all interactions and collaborate with the People Team.
• Support the Recruiting team and align with cross-functional partners.
