CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team and directly impact a mission-driven workforce. You will guide qualified candidates through our recruitment process and advise business partners on talent strategies.

You will build strong relationships, optimize our hiring processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to support rapid, scalable growth while representing the CLEAResult brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience
• Track record navigating sourcing and recruiting obstacles
• Ability to quickly learn Workday and other platforms; Paradox is a differentiator
• Affinity for data and its application to success
• Knowledge of labor market trends and analysis
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with managers at various levels to deliver exceptional candidates
• Execute a best-in-class recruitment process and continuously improve it
• Advise managers on market trends and competitive analysis for complex hiring at scale
• Identify strongest candidates and manage their hiring experience with passion
• Represent the CLEAResult brand with candidates, vendors, and partners
• Support members of the Recruiting team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Team to advance our mission

In this pivotal role, you will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement, quickly assert yourself as an expert in the space to your business partners, while guiding qualified candidates seamlessly through our recruitment process.

• Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels of the organization, to leverage in finding and delivering exceptional candidates for open vacancies
• Building the plane as you fly it; flawlessly execute a recruitment process, while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class
• Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale
• Resiliently focused on finding the strongest candidates to help us move the business forward – then shepherding their hiring experience with the utmost passion and grace
• Representing the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations
• Supporting members of the Recruiting team

To this opportunity, you bring…

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience
• A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting
• The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms. Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator
• An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success
• Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends
• The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally

$35 - $45 / hour

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
