Job summary

Samsonite is seeking an experienced Temporary Corporate Recruiter to provide full-cycle recruiting support across our brands. This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who can quickly step in, manage multiple searches, partner effectively with hiring managers, and deliver a strong candidate experience.

This is a full-time, temporary position based in our Mansfield, Massachusetts office. Candidates must be available to work on site Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, retail, consumer products, or fast-paced settings.
• Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and pre-onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Screen and assess candidates against position requirements.
• Manage multiple active searches with urgency and organization.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Support reference checks, background checks, offers, and pre-onboarding activities.
• Provide hiring managers with guidance on talent markets and selection decisions.
• Deliver a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience.

• Experience managing multiple searches and competing priorities.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems; Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and quickly build credibility with hiring managers.
• Availability to work full time, on site in Mansfield, Massachusetts, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

This is a temporary, fully on-site assignment. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
